"Sunday 13th I drove to Plumpton McDonald's drive through only to be totally ignored by the Drive thru operator for 9 minutes while she continued to serve the customers in the other cue. Finally after being ignored for said minutes I drove around and asked operator why we were being ignored to be told that she didn't know who was waiting in which line. Eventhough she served 3 people ahead of me from the other cue.. I asked to speak to the manager who informed me it wasn't her fault they were short staffed. As a result I left and she slammed the windows shut. Never have I been so disgusted with a MacDonald's."
"Plumpton McDonalds is probably the worst one in NSW! If you’re looking to grab a frappe around 7pm and onwards, don’t bother at Plumpton, the machine is by coincidence always “out of order”. 0/10! 100% recommend people not to go unless you want to receive terrible service."
"Yet again, the self-serve ordering terminal would not give a receipt. So many minutes later, the yelling of an order number begins. No-one responds. It was mine - but how was I to know?"
