"Ordered table service at 10.12 and waited a full 30mins to then hear our order number being called out after we went and complained that we havent recived our food yet which they said they either already gave the food to someone else or lost it. So i went to the counter and the girl calling out our order number i told her we had table service and she proceeded to hand me the food with no reply almost wanted to throw it in her face and when i returned to my table with 3 kids and partner we found out we were missing food we ordered so my partner had to ask for a manager to sort it out full 40mins later what a joke dont go here they dont derserve your money."
"My order did not arrive from Uber Eats I ran outside he was right outside my house and then just drove off!! rang McDonald and Jennifer was very helpful, friendly and offered great advise. Thank you Jennifer! If you use Uber Eats and the driver is SANKET beware…. We waited almost an hour for this driver to make no attempt to bring our food to the door….not good enough.."
"Lovely place ,nice people but need more training . Need to have Uber zone and customer zone , prepare mix and slowdown . No folk and tissue . Table was very messy . Salad no dressing ?"
"BE AWARE DELIVERY DRIVERS! They had me waiting 20 minutes in store to pick up an order. Asked if I was the Doordash deliver driver and I said yes, didn’t ask for a code or to see my phone. They then proceeded to walk into the kitchen never to be seen again and no one on the front counter for the remainder of the time in the store. Finally caught some little kids attention then they started to make the order. Overall bad customer service and to busy talking amongst themselves to service customers."
"I've been here a couple of times since they have opened up because its conveniently just down the road but unfortunately its not the best McDonalds. The chips have never been fresh or hot, the burgers are ok, but sometimes the lettuce is old (you can tell by the colour) and the drinks are sometimes flat as well. The service is pretty meh. Sometimes they are ok but there is one worker who I've seen a couple of times that's just really rude to customers and others workers which is not great to see."
