"Ordered via the app to cater for family friends. Half the order was delivered. Called up the store, they refused to deliver the rest of the order. Blamed being understaffed and screens not working. Had to feed guests on half the food with no refund or resolution. Store manager still to ring me back."

"Drive thru was busy so I came inside. Placed my order and I’ve been waiting here still 25min later ? Don’t worry about serving in order. Get chips constantly boxed rather than standing waiting. I ordered a simple burger meal. Needs guidance badly."

"When going through the Drive Through at KFC Spring Farm, my mother and I were told there was going to be a 10 minute wait on our food and were asked to find a spot in their parking lot. Once parked- it was nearly impossible to find a spot- I went inside to wait. After 10 minutes I was told it would be out in a minute. There were other customers waiting for their Drive Through orders inside as well, all anxious to get their food and leave. After 30 minutes of waiting for a Tender box and a couple of sliders I was saddened to find that not only were they cold but poorly put together. There were at least 10 different staff members that I could see but none of them were talking to each other to get the food out in a timely manner. There was no apologies to myself or other customers about the wait time, nor did they seem to care about what they were doing."

"Went in around 12:30pm on Sunday with friends to order lunch, we got served my a really rude female worker with the name tag “Augestino”, she failed to put in our correct order kept rolling her eyes at us, after we received our order and brought it to attention that it was wrong and we ordered large not regular she claimed that she never heard us say large even though she repeated the word “large” to us a few times, when this was addressed to her more eye rolling occurred and a very rude tone was used. There was also a ridiculous wait time for all our orders with the same statement being said whenever any customers asked about their order “it will only be one more min” this was just an excuse for the workers as they hadn’t had put down any product so we had to wait another 20min for the orders to be complete. This is disrespectful and disgusting behaviour from young workers, i have been very pleased with Spring Farm KFC in the past but after the encounter today i am very sad to say i will not be returning to this store and neither will a lot of people."

"The worst KFC in Australia. Too much salt on chips, burgers look like dog food, no service from all the young workers. Not sure who looks after the hiring process here but they need a new management or just close it down. People should not be paying for this rubbish."
