"Friendly and accomodating staff at a great Teppanyaki institution. The food was great and the service was really fun and enjoyable. Great place for kids or a night out with a group of people. Would recommend!"
"We had a 6pm booking for our family tonight. When I made the booking, no one mentioned that we needed to be out by 7pm. After sitting down when we got there, we were asked to move as they had a booking coming at 630pm which wasn’t a problem. The food came quickly, very quickly, it felt so rushed. We ordered the set menu, the salad course was made up of a small piece of iceberg lettuce chopped up with a dressing - not that impressive especially for the price. They were taking away plates, including the ones my children were still eating from, trying to get us to finish. Really not impressed by the service and felt more like a fast food joint. To be told they needed our table at 7pm because they had another booking at 650pm wasn’t the best way to finish. If you want to relax and enjoy your night out with family and friends, this is probably not the place."
"The Food was amazing that deserves 5 Stars and a 10/10 the Chef and Owner were amazing I loved the flame , egg throwing and omelette show I highly recommend you guys to the community as being one of the friendliest business in the entire city of Sydney"
"Sat down to eat and a cockroach ran across our table. Disgusting. Floor was also very greasy. Glad we didn't stay to eat and walked back out. Told the owner and the response was, its okay. No its not okay. You will give people food poisoning. Avoid this place and go elsewhere"
"The extended family visited for a birthday celebration and all left hungry. Our banquet serves were tiny. We shared a grill with a couple that were obviously regulars - servings were divided with them and they were given much larger portions. One of the courses was a bit burnt because there was one chef jumping between two grills and he’d spent a bit too long at the other. Overall staff were friendly, food was fine, price was reasonable for teppanyaki but, despite living very close, we’re unlikely to return as we couldn’t wait to get home and have something to eat after the banquet."
