"Nothing more like a scam. They sell you all the facilities and luxury experience but they will treat you worse than a peasant. Their rent went up 20% compared to the previous year and management is non existed. Been here for 3 years and have seen lot of changes, but this place is getting worse than worse. From the restaurant called Elma that has no staff, no consistent opening hours and so on. The rooftop is the best part of the building but again now they use it only for private functions for hire (not for residents) at ridiculous fees. Facilities like lounge room for a get together, BBQ areas on the other rooftop are impossible to access, you need to book, pay a deposit and don't even get accepted since you can't really have a party but a so called get together, makes no sense. Anything networking or a decent celebration requires a higher deposit, security and blah blah blah. The real estates will try to sell you smoke and mirrors to get you to sign a lease. I call this place the faulty towers."
"The building management staff are very rude and unprofessional. Living in these apartments is unpleasant due to the lack of transparency when enquiring about the apartments, and overall the awful attitude by the management staff. Forget about using the amenities you pay for, it's close to impossible."
"These appartments are absolutely terrible. If you are planning to buy or rent here, save yourself the trouble. The approach of building management is aggressive and inappropriate. They are constantly looking for a way to start some trouble without a cause. Not even once did we have a nice experience with them. Even when picking up a parcel from them, they find a way to be rude and cause trouble. This property is being promoted for its amenities, however they are not free to use!!!! Every time you would like to use anything (even a BBQ for 5 minutes) you need to make a booking, and leave a bond of $100-$500. Last time I spent 1 month of constant phone calls and emails just go get my bond back. During your booking the building management will harass you multiple times. The workers are extremely rude and don’t respect you even if you are doing everything according to the rules. Never ending problems with this apartment complex and lots of stress. We cannot live comfortably in our own home. Constant unpleasant experiences. Unacceptable for ‘luxury apartments’. Nothing luxury about this disgusting attitude."
