"I rarely write reviews, however my recent experience with Dani really deserves one. We were extremely nervous taking our Cocoa (toy cavoodle) to Precious Paws only as a result of a bad experience with another groomer. Dani took the time out to really explain the process, listen and provide her professional advice. She was so welcoming, kind and most importantly was amazing with Cocoa. You tell her what you want and she gets it!!! She even called me during Cocoa’s first grooming session to inform me on how it was going. We’ve been twice now and we will continue taking our Cocoa to Precious Paws. Dani you’re wonderful. Thank you for everything!"
"We have been bringing our puppy, Ollie, to Dani's doggy daycare once a week for the last few months and he loves it. He gets very excited when he realises we're going to daycare and doesn't want to leave at the end of the day. Ollie's very comfortable there with Dani and it's clear it's a second home to him. Ollie's always exhausted after a big day playing and socialising with the other doggies at daycare. Dani always shares how his day went and sends photos from the day. We've also boarded Ollie at Dani's when we went away and she kept us updated with messages and photos. We're so happy we have found someone we can trust with our boy so close to home. Dani is friendly, professional, reliable and passionate about the pets in her care and we would recommend her to anyone."
