"When our dog Joss developed a tooth infection we were desperate to get it sorted immediately. Due to his age (14) and heart condition our regular vet suggested specialist care to give Joss the best chance of surviving the anaesthetic. We were so thrilled with the care taken by Dr Christine Hawke and her team to ensure the best possible outcomes for Joss. From the first point of contact with Dr Christine's assistant Tanja I knew Joss would be in good hands. Tanja was a wealth of knowledge and took time to explain all of the possible treatment options that would likely be discussed during the consultation. She also went through the possible costs involved. Tanja booked a morning consultation so that Joss could proceed straight to surgery that day if we decided that that was the best way forward. Meeting with Dr Christine and her assistant Dr Leah on the morning of the operation reassured me that Joss would have the best chance of survival with her team. All of the treatment options and associated risks were explained including the likely cost of each option. There was no pressure to proceed with any particular course of action and Dr Christine took the time to answer all of our questions. We decided to proceed with the surgery and left Joss in their capable hands. We were relieved when Joss pulled through his surgery like the little trooper he is. Our whole family was anxious all day due to the risk involved with the anaesthesia and Joss' heart. We received a text message to tell us Joss was in recovery post-op and a call from Dr Christine later in the afternoon with a progress update as Joss was waking up. When we went to collect him that night we were also provided with instructions for his recovery at home over the next week and were reassured that we could contact them at any time if Joss wasn't well. I cannot recommend Dr Christine and her team enough. The love and care they gave Joss was evident from my first conversations with Tanja to our first meeting with Dr Christine and Leah to our free follow-up appointment 10 days post-op. Throughout our phone, email and text communications I was reassured by the time and detail they took in each aspect of Joss' care. I am so grateful that we found Dr Christine and I would recommend her to anyone needing specialised pet dental care."

"I recently took my siamese cat James to Sydney Pet Dentistry at Rosebery. After a consult with Christine Hawke James needed to have teeth removed. This normally is a very stressful time but Christine always reassures you & treats James just like her own. She makes the day less worrying & always shows empathy & love towards your pet. She is the only Pet Dentist I trust to look after James. I have never been to this practice before however all the staff were so friendly & very professional & showed so much care. I felt like James was the only cat in the pratice. The reception area waiting room was also very clean & comfortable. They all go that extra to make sure both you & your pet are happy.
