"Not sure how there are so many high star ratings. I bought off the plan here way back in June 2015. Was told by sales staff it would be ready in late 2017 or early 2018. Well it's late 2021 and northern side still does not appear finished. I ended up terminating the contract as the sunset clause had passed and I'm very glad I did. But my sizeable deposit was held up for 5 years and there was nothing I could do about it other than PAY an agent fees for a nominee sale. We only ever got ONE progress update from the developer over all those years. Meanwhile the original buyers were left in the dark as to why it was taking so long. Maybe the apartments there now are nice, but they are "cheap" for a reason - they are years old now, not new, and clearly the developer wants to offload them fast. There are supposed to be two more high rise built behind Riverina, but it doesn't even look like it's got a start on as yet despite those being sold in 2016. As for the original buyers... as the saying goes, once bitten twice shy."
