"Had a wonderful five course dinner for two. Purchased through Groupon Voucher and was pleasantly surprised by the service. Chef came out to explain each dish and each course was very well put together, super tasty. Though I would've liked if the share plate was specified. The ambience was moody and cozy and the even the toilets were really clean. Overall a wonderful meal and a wonderful night and would recommend to book for special occasions."
"Everything on share plates. We bought a Groupon Voucher for $169. The voucher doesn't specify share plates, if I had known I wouldn't of come. The share plates did not come with serving cutlery either. We booked online using the voucher code. It was a quiet Saturday night when we dined here. The first thing we noticed was the music as it was too loud. Service is slow here. It took a while for them to come and take our orders for mains. We ordered a cocktail and a bottle of wine. The wine was delicious. The food was average at best. All the meals were on share plates which was frustrating. We had to eat our mains from the side plates that we used for the entrees. I had a glance at the al la carte menu, it was over priced. I wouldn't dine here again without the Groupon, it's not worth it. There wasn't a choice of dessert when we came. The chef did come out to greet us as well."
"The ambience of the restaurant was very romantic and beautiful but the food was truly amazing! I am a person who usually dislikes lettuce but whatever the chef did to the lettuce that came with our burrata.. I was obsessed! the lamb was super tender... all 6 dishes we had were super tasty and very well made. This is a must-try!"
"A mildly interesting experience? We came because we were interested in the Middle Eastern and Japanese fusion however, it didn't feel much like either... We did enjoy the Kingfish starter, and the lamb shoulder was cooked really well. The other dishes were only ok. The best part was likely the service. The head chef greeted us and he was very personable. Aside from that, the food experience was a little underwhelming and likely overpriced for what we were served... Glad we gave it a try though."
"Chose this restaurant on a whim as the other restaurants I wanted to go to were closed, and boy was I glad they were. This restaurant has fine dining quality dishes but minus the price tag. The chef personally came out to explain each dish. I can taste the time, effort and technique in each dish. Even the olive oil was amazing! Our favourite was the beef tongue which melted in your mouth and as did the lamb shoulder, literally the best lamb I've had in my life. Can't wait to see what else they can do for their menu in the future."
