"Very good and authentic north east Chinese food. We had the handmade noodles with lamb, mapo tofu and rice, and pork and chives dumplings. They were all phenomenal. Service was a bit of a let down but we'll definitely come back."

"All good Chinese restaurants give you a hot cup of jasmine tea on arrival. This one is definitely a good one. You know it's good when the menu it's written in Chinese and the English translation seems to be more of an afterthought. Love that special fried rice and those pork and chive dumplings. They'll give you the soy, vinegar and chilli oil too, but you'll have to ask. Get the dumplings. The place looks small but they squish people in tightly. They take bookings and they can accommodate big groups and have tables with that massive lazy Susan in the middle of the table. Another tick. If you're around the area for lunch then grab the $12 meal deal. It's quick and they have the same great food you can get for dinner, but in takeaway form. It's excellent value."

"This is my third visit to this place but I have mixed feeling to this restaurant. Food is amazing with good portion. I always order pork& chive dumplings, deep fried crispy pork with sweet and sour sauce, stir fry eggplant, potato & capsicum with one additional improvised choice so I highly recommend the above to you. (def enough for 2 people). However, the reception lady is a tough cookie to crack - she either shows completely ignorance of incoming customers or just pretending doing something else and leave you standing there without knowing what to do next. You might find it weird to understand but allow me to elaborate: imagining your are waiting at the reception and no one else is greeting you or telling you what to do. You have an eye contact with the reception lady, she looked at you and then pretend she didn't see you and kept doing something else. Or she interact with you with one word: "Yes?" The customer service does not hinder the awesomeness of the food. Overall, I highly recommend paying a visit. Your story with the lady will be another tale to tell :)"

"I’ve walked past here a lot. And I’ve noticed there’s always people in here. Decided to give them a go tonight. And it was awesome. I don’t really know much about northern Chinese cuisine but I got a sense that this was very authentic and honest cooking. Absolutely delicious. Every single dish and very generous servings which makes this restaurant an excellent choice when sharing meals. I look forward to going back and trying some more. The only criticism I would add is they could have turned on the air conditioner earlier. Once the restaurant was at capacity thankfully this was resolved and it made dining much more comfortable."
