"I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience here today was so awful I had to leave one. I’ve been visiting this salon minimum once a month for the last 2 years. They haven’t been great nothing this awful. The nail tech Isabelle (not sure whether it’s her real name) was doing my nails today. After she filed the SNS she asked me if I like them a little thinner and I told her “I don’t like the bump at the base of the nail, if you can smooth that down”. To my surprise she said out of the blue “I don’t think I want to do your nails next time”. I was in shock. First, this is not a way to talk to a customer. Second, I didn’t understand why!! Up to that point, I was quite the whole session, no comments or criticism whatsoever. I was shocked and told her there’s no need to be rude. She dismissed me and went on chatting and laughing with another nail tech. Needless to say the rest of the session was very awkward. I believe this is the last time I go to this horrible place."

"I’ve been a client for many years - the service at the salon is terrible lately. The staff talk loud to each other non stop! It is such bad manners to stop 10 times during a session to talk to each other or to attend to other people! The quality of their work is also sub standard! They won’t see me again!"
"I see lots of bad reviews here but considering the amount of people that go through this salon, the number of bad reviews is low. Yes the girls are rushed because they are extremely busy but the quality of the job for the price you pay is great. I have been to many nails salons all over Sydney and the cleanliness and quality of work is far superior to many. I have always had pleasant girls."
