"I enjoyed my experience at Oporto Wetherill park, the crew had amazing customer service. The girl that took my order made me feel welcomed in the store and i appreciate her hard work ethic. As well as the girl in the back who made my food, made everything fresh. The names of the girls were Michelle and Dijla."

"This was a great surprise - we were not expecting our dine in experience at a fast food place to be such high quality. The restaurant itself is beautifully done, food was excellent and presented/brought to our table restaurant style. The staff was super friendly and we didn’t feel rushed through ordering like some other places make you feel! 11/10."

"7/4/23: I've given them 3 stars for quite a simple reason. Although the food is usually very good, they do not listen to special instructions. Several times I've came in and literally told them "Drown my burger in sauce till it no longer resembles a burger" (Because asking for extra sauce seems to fall on deaf ears) to be given a single extra measurement of whatever is the minimum they put on a burger to begin with. Picture of what is apparently a burger drowned in sauce. A bit disappointing to say the least of an otherwise really good store Edit 21/4/23: Updating this because I decided to give them another chance. Not much close by to my work and already had a few other joints recently. They didn't disappoint in terms of the burger, but lunch rush and soggy undercooked chips? Unfortunate. More often than not though they are a safe bet"

"How will you feel if you are served with these sort of foods that we were just been served before an hour? 1. Order came in just 2 minutes, very very fast. It’s good? Or bad shouldn’t I say? 2. The photos of the chips(both) are of the chips which the girl exchanged with the 1st served. The one she served first time was so cold and soggy that I requested for fresh chips and I even said with a smile that we will be happy to wait for it. Guess what? After 3-4 minutes she returned with these bowl. Same chips as before, just they fried again for couple of minutes and put the burnt ones down and some not burnt ones on the top. 2. The bolas. I have been to many Oportos before but this quantity? Even for a small one? 3. Rice- very dry and uncooked rice. If you see the photos then you see the rice shells inside. 4. We wanted spicy chicken. You know what they did? Chicken was done from before, not like the others where they will grill it for with with sauce, not just brushing on the top. On the half chicken they bothered to brush sauce on the top, just a bit, but on the single piece they didn’t even give a damn to put anything. The chicken piece you can see how dry it was, it was a drumstick which was not supposed to be this much dry. Very very disappointed, really. We are paying for this, you are not giving it free that you can just give anything on plate. Respect people’s money and time. Never had an experience like this before at any Oporto. I am not sure even this review even means anything for you or not, but if you really keep providing these sort of foods, then know that people will not go there for a second time."
