"I arrived thinking I was getting one of the girls to cut my hair and the mail owner came out I was hesitant but the female hairdresser said he was fine so I let him as I was desperate. My hair was long and I asked for shoulder length hair and showed a picture of the style . Buy the time I realised how short he was cutting my hair it was to late I told him to stop cutting the length now my hair was up around my ears I was upset but not much I could do now. By the next day I realised that my hair was uneven as well .I paid 85.00 for a cut that so wrong, wash and blow dry really not worth the money never again will I go there , I wish I had listen to my gut."

"Michael absolutely butchered my hair and my 11 year old daughters gorgeous bum length hair. Neither of the cuts were anything remotely close to the pictures we showed him. The cuts took about 2 hours each. My daughter was in tears upon leaving. Should have known better than to let a 60 something year old man cut our hair. My 11 year old now has a cut and style of an 80 year old woman. My hair is also too short to even approach another hairdresser to attempt to fix. Absolutely the most devestating hair experience I have ever experienced. It will take years to grow out. Terrible, terrible ....avoid at all costs."
