"It is the worst place ever! Extremely rude and unprofessional! I went for my acrylic infill yesterday and asked for short nails length ! Kelvin burning my skin multiple times with electric scrubber cutting my nail short and at last he scratched my finger to bleed painfully. I asked him to be gentle and it is hurting and he yelled at me and forced me to leave with unfinished nail! IT WAS SO SHOCKING! I have to remove my hole acrylic as he ruin my nails and left so many painful cuts on my skin! It was a terrible experience! I Would give 0 stars if that was an option."

"Destroyed my cuticles and don’t think they realised that I speak numerous languages and could understand every word they were saying about my mum and I purely because I look white. I won’t go into detail about the horrific things that were being said, but making a customer bleed numerous times and then calling the person names and laughing in your native tongue when they ask you stop because it hurts is very unprofessional. All the reviews on this page is accurate. Don’t bother, go to the nail salon 50 metres away on the other side of Kmart."
