"I found myself at Bentons Road Vet seeking a second opinion, after looking over their website and IG page reading what they stand for and value for our pets and seeing that they offer natural medicine alternatives/options also - which aligns with me...I felt good about taking Honey here. Diana on reception was super caring from the very first phone call i made and generously gave me her time to speak to me each time and even helped get me in for that appointment when it was looking very booked out. Kelly also took a large amount of her time speaking with me in depth during our consultation. Even though it may have been a minor day in hospital for Honey it was a very big deal to me as a nervous fur mum!!!... Dr Michael kindly spoke with me in great depth well past a normal admission time frame and also spoke so highly of his highly trained colleagues and the Bentons Road clinic and why he loves and chooses to work there.... i walked out feeling much more at ease than when i walked in and feeling like my girl was in great hands for the day!! I NEVER felt rushed or felt like they didn't have time for me and all my questions and concerns, and i really value and appreciate this because i have felt that way at previous clinics and just haven't felt completely happy. All the staff were so kind and thorough in all my interactions. The cute little details of a custom welcome pack with paw print key chain, pre - procedure txt message, follow up calls... were all so appreciated. Bentons Road Vet is a 1 hour drive for me, but well worth the drive in my eyes.....I want only the best care and treatment for my girl, Honey!"
