"I had my hair done in cornrow braids and they did a fantastic job. I just went for a quote which I thought was a very reasonable price so I asked how soon they could do it. They happily squeezed me in straight after the customer's they were already working on. Great service, friendly and very helpful. I will definitely return. Thanks ❤️"

"Staff is nice, shops got a cool vibe, but went in there to get my beard braided just to get told they don't do it anymore with no further explanation other than 'we just don't do it anymore', kinda annoying because i got pointed here to get it done, but might go back at some stage to get cornrows, I'll update this review if/when I get that done. Slightly annoying too because my vision of what I wanted represents family and I do like the belief of all homosapians came from the African continent and would of been cool to say I got it done here but, it is what it is. Thanks for the hospitality. And ya shop smells pretty good too."

"Hello all. I came in for cornrows at the top and box braids through the back and it was very frizzy when I left but I'm not the type to say anything that bothers me because I feel bad so three days later it got worse so I thought well hey I spent money on these so I will say something. I went in today and the owner said it was the type of synthetic hair I chose which I've chosen before and it was fine because the girl that braided it knew what she was doing. So she said she will put it in hot water again which i know wouldn't of worked as it was very frizzy and would make it worse. She said to wait a few weeks and if it's still bad they will re-do it. I said don't worry about it I'll just take it out and go somewhere else. She agreed to do it and I had a lovely girl who finally did a good job. I asked for her to write her name as I would be coming in every two weeks because I like to change it often. I'm upset because the owner said you don't need to know her name as the other girl who initially did it was good and it was my fault I didn't choose the right hair which they have in the store. It was rude and I won't be coming back!"

"I have done my hair twice here already and I absolutely love it. Save up ladies and gents because they are expensive. But they worth it though. They cost between $400 nd $500. Make an appointment for when it opens if you are going in for box braids. Because they take a long time. You can also take them out yourself. Follow a YouTube tutorial. They will show you how it's done, from removing braids to brushing dead hair out and cleaning it. After removal of extensions . The salon is close to the Dandenong train station and has a coffee shop just next door"
