"Most terrible experience. Booked a week in advance to get a spray tan. Got to the salon on time at 5pm and didn’t even get into the room until 6.15. Whilst I waited, around 6 other ladies came in for bookings and were told to wait or come back, even when they came back, there was no staff available so they sat for ages as well. If you have that many bookings, why would you only have 3 members of staff in the shop? I’m VERY disappointed and will not be returning. Not only that, the staff were rude and inattentive, when people walked in, they didn’t even look up to greet them. You stand there looking like a fool till someone looks up. Just save ur time and money and don’t go here"
"I come here regularly for my SNS and spray tans. My SNS is also fantastic, lasts over 2 weeks and my spray tan is fabulous. Yes they don't tend to run on time if you make an appointment but they are always very accommodating and do a good job, so you just roll with it."
