"Really disappointed with our service. Myself and my mother in law went to try somewhere to get our nails done before her wedding and unfortunately we didn’t have a good experience. Started off with a wait of 20-30mins when there were 2 staff and one other client, then tells my mother in law they she was only booked in for sns and not tips next time to tell them cause now they will run late, Although they started her late. Then they gave her the wrong colour 3 times and said it was because of the sun it was wrong. Her nails finished off chunky lump and uneven. With my nails unfortunately i was cut and had bled from every finger, i mention to the lady kindly “i feel like you’re cutting my skin” and she turned around and said that it’s okay cause that way she can paint better? I left with a good paint job but my nails have been nothing but sore and have cuts all around them."
