"I had the pleasure of dining at Aunty Ed's Restaurant and Bar recently, and I must say, the overall experience was quite delightful. The ambience inside the restaurant was pleasant, creating a comfortable atmosphere for an enjoyable meal. The food itself was quite delicious; we ordered dishes such as chicken schnitzel, chick jager, and chicken wings which were all prepared to perfection. However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding the lemonade we ordered. It was served with ice which gave it a taste reminiscent of sparkling water rather than the refreshing flavor one would expect from lemonade. Additionally, there was a slight delay in service.Despite these minor setbacks, I can confidently say that everything else about our dining experience at Aunty Ed's Restaurant and Bar exceeded our expectations. We greatly appreciate the efforts put forth by the staff in ensuring that our visit was enjoyable."
"Came to Blue Mountains for an adventurous holiday and found myself in this restaurant for dinner. Got the fish and chips and I really liked the fish, it tasted good. Loved the environment and atmosphere. Good service too, waitress was continuously asking us how we felt and what more she could do. If you’d like your fix of western food here in Katoomba you will not regret this pick. Especially if you’re a tourist."
"Located in the blue mountain. Just beside Katoomba St, hardly to miss it. We went in a big group and without any booking, so the waitress was kind of rushed though. She is not rude, but doesn't feel very friendly though. The other waiter is good. The food is great. But somehow they missed one of the orders, but it's alright, mistakes happen. Prices are pretty standard. Saw the notice board that they have a live band on the weekend but advised to book the table first. Overall it is not bad, just the service needs to improve a bit more."
"I like the design of the restaurant. It has a bit of retro, American feel to it. We were there on a weekday and the restaurant wasn't crowded. The food offered here were very simple and regular western food. Fish & chips and chicken schnitzel were not bad. The kids enjoyed their nuggets meal. It was a very cold day when I arrived, and the staff were very accommodating to serve us both cold and warm water. Parking is convenient, either by the road side or the supermarket just across the street."
