"Called for an appointment, then text…:: next day 9.30am got a text response offering an appointment, at 10.15am responded to accept the appointment; an hour later at 11.40am called to confirm but no answer. Then hours later at 1.50pm got a text to say the appointment was not available. Terrible service! 1) if you offer an appointment and need a response straight away, you should call. 2) if you offer an appointment via text, you need to either hold the appointment till the client responds back or put a timeframe for response before you offer it to someone else. 3) you should answer your business number in your business hours otherwise have an online booking system, a receptionist, or a walk-in only policy. A complete waste of time!"
