"Absolutely rubbish experience.... Wordscant even express how utterly disappointed our whole family is with Animal "Welfare" League. We were made to take our dog out of his own environment and put him in a completely chaotic environment that he doesn't know to meet a puppy we were hoping to adopt. Here's a surprise. He wanted nothing to do with anyone or anything except for his humans in this environment... That led to someone who displayed zero knowledge of how to approach a dog telling us that our options were to do this again at a different time or leave our dog as a single dog. Good work on stopping a loving family from adopting dogs instead of buying from shops or breeders."
