"Have an express lane Franchise manager! I got there first thing but 4th in line. I wanted a simple trim of my ends barely a 10 minute job as previously experienced. 2 staff but The 3 ladies in front both wanted epic things. Foils, colour and treatment. I had to wait over 45 minutes. That's ridiculous for the quickest of tasks. You put pressure on your staff."
