"I understand these guys are busy and all the staff are lovely in my opinion apart from the main pharmacist My Weng, who was consistently rude and judgmental making me feel terrible and embarrassed. He would insist on taking cash only with no exception (during covid when people were understandably advised to limit the use of cash) this for my pain medication with no explanation despite my asking. Subsequently I had discussed this with other pharmacists and health professionals, who could not believe this was happening and could not think of any legitimate reason for it to happen."

"They are a little pharmacy. They staff are friendly enough can be a little bit prickly at times. The pharmacists are approachable and nice and discreet when it is called for. Their pricing is quite a bit higher than other independent Pharmacies and most other Pharmacies that I have been too. They are not willing to price match or try and come close to the price that are at other chemists even if you are trying to do the right thing and support a local business. If you would like something that they do not stock they don't offer to get it in they just say sorru we do not have it."
