"This was my first time at Frank the Salon, as I am new to the area. There are many hairdressers on Bay Street, and I am so pleased I decided on this salon! Ross is absolutely fabulous in every way. From the moment you walk in you feel completely looked after. Beverages are offered and brought through swiftly. Ross actively listens while you go through your hair concerns and then discusses his ideas to make sure you are comfortable with the plan. My hair was a bit all over the place as the colour was really washed out and had become very brassy bordering on orange. I was also concerned about flyaways, thin-ness, dryness as well as the cut. Ross was very thorough and gently cleansed, conditioned, coloured and cut my hair to perfection. I cannot stress enough how gentle this man is with hair. It is like nothing I have ever experienced before and as someone with baby fine hair which knots and breaks easily this meant a lot to me. I have more products at home than you can poke a stick at, so I ran through current haircare regime with Ross and he helped educate me on what products were more suitable for my hair and how and when to use these products. I also didn’t feel any pressure to buy products from the salon although there is a great selection of top quality options available. I can wholeheartedly recommend Ross as an excellent and accomplished hairdresser. His bubbly personality and super hair dressing skills will have you looking gorgeous and walking out with a spring in your step! I cannot wait to go back for my next appointment. Thank you Ross!"

"Today was my first visit to Frank Salon - I was taken care of by Ross Tyson. I've been using home dye kits for the last 3 years. I went to the salon today because I was concerned that my hair was looking dull. I'm the sort of client that never makes enough time to tame my hair - 30 mins into an appointment and I am usually itching to get my cape off and leave the salon. But that wasn't my experience today. I felt at ease, relaxed and more importantly, I felt wanted and welcome. I was impressed with how thoroughly professional Ross' service was. He is deeply knowledgeable and experienced. He has curated a very thoughtful range of products and treatments and my root colour processing time was quick as a result of his product choice. Normally I get a little discomfort on my scalp after colouring it, but I didn't get any reaction today. I'm very happy with the colour too. Ross' styling tips for low maintenance tresses were brilliant. I received compliments from my family and friends for the natural look he gave me today - he showed me techniques I hadn't seen before to take advantage of my own waves and curls. Pleased to report a very comfy set up at the wash basin - they've invested in great, ergonomic chairs. I felt like I received luxury service at a very reasonable and competitive price.
