"Booked in for half head of foils and toner on 30.06.23 with Eve. I had to explain few times what I wanted exactly as the lady barely spoke English. Finally the girl at the reception translated what I asked for to their language. I instantly started worrying that the hairdresser didn’t really know what she was doing, especially when she started partying my hair with fingers, and not applying the dye close to the roots (you usually feel the foil against the scalp as they stretch the hair strand). Anyway, when she finished applying the foils they were not nice and flat, stacked one on the top of the other, but chunky and loose. I have asked for a manager and expressed my worries. I asked him to check the highlights and make sure they are ok. I did now want the previous lady to touch my hair at this point as she had bleach all over her fingers and was leaving marks on the remaining hair, spotting them. I was assured by a total of 4 people ( receptionist, manager and two other hairdressers that all was good at this point). When they washed off the colour they only used a shampoo and conditioner, no toner and no olaplex which I said I’m happy to pay for. When returned on my seat I instantly saw the uneven blond/ orange hues with the colour basically starting about 2 cm from scalp. I told them this was unacceptable and told them to fix it. They said when they dry it it will be ok. When they did dry it I again saw what I knew was a disaster and told them I cannot walk around the city like that and again demanded they fixed it. They basically told me they could not help me at that point and advised I went back to my regular hairdresser and they would fix that. They would just take no responsibility for the job and ruining my hair, and I then started crying because I felt like I was dealing with bullies. They did not offer any solution, kept saying they cannot fix it and all 4 people that were helping out dispersed on the salon. I was literally standing at the reception desk asking for my jacket with eyes full of tears. I do not leave reviews often but felt like I have to warn anyone who is looking for a colour service at this place. My advise - avoid at all costs. Today I had to pay double to get the colour fixed somewhere else and it’s still not 100% ok. What’s damaged is damaged. The staff and owners should be ashamed of themselves and should not offer services they are not trained in. For anyone considering going there, please refer to pictures."
