"Absolutely discussing seeing how the shop was, 1 poor lady left to make and serve ever customer why the other 2 staff members just sat out the back or talked to a friend that was at the counter. Apon asking why are you not helping your team member the staff just smiled and said she didn't ask for help why about 7-8 customers were waiting to be served. Absolutely discussing staff ethics and customer service. I feel so sorry for the 1 lady who was serving and doing Absolutely everything by herself."
