I was in much need of professional help to get back to the blended grey I had taken over 2 years to transition to. "Seriously disappointed, my friend and I went in with clear images of what was wanted I wanted a natural red and my friend blended lighter brown through already dark brown hair, I recieved red/pink VERY unnatural and my friend uneven poroxcide blonde streaks! NOTHING like what was requested and were NEVER told that what we wanted would not be possible! I live 5hr round trip drive away and have been quoted between $180-250 to correct the color salon REFUSED to refund dispite my travel distance and insisted our only option was to return for them to correct even if I could drive 5hrs I would NEVER return to this salon! They are CLEARLY only capable of tight perms and purple washes! Avoid at ALL COST!! Wish I could add images!!"
