"The opening/closing sign needs to be updated on the outside of the building. I had a script that I needed urgently dropped off earlier in the day & went by the time on the outside of the building thinking they closed at 8pm. Turned up last night around 7 and the roller door was being pulled down. I asked the security guard if they were closing early as I desperately needed my meds for overnight & she point out of the store telling me to check the closing times on the building. I told her that’s exactly what I had done & it says 8, she disagreed saying it was 7. Anyways it says 8 & I went the night in pain as I couldn’t do anything about it."
"The are fine, but the security guard is an absolutely piece of work. He yelled agressively at me from the other side of the isle 'hey, if you are using that cream you have to pay for it', I looked at him and asked 'excuse me, do I have to pay for a tester cream?' He picked it up about to take it to the counter to make me pay for it before realising it was a tester. Tried to apologise, but honestly with the way how he screamed so aggressively I thought I had commited a huge crime. Everyone turned their heads to stare. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by a security guard."

"The store is fine, but the wait for scripts is so long. Even when you send a refill request in it can take a day to get a message saying it’s ready. So many staff playing around, chatting with each other but only 2 working in the pharmacy. I know you need specific training but seriously it’s ridiculous. But even to just pick up or drop off a script there is a big wait."
