I gave them my script to be made up and they declined it due to an issue and I later found out they don't like the doctor I go to hence why they wouldn't give it to me. I went to Nova Pharmacy in Langwarrin and couldn't be happier. They made my script up with no issues and were much friendlier."
"The horrible pharmacist with the two colour eyes continued to get my powerful medication wrong on so many occasions that I thought I had better report her to the Pharmasist board before she kills someone. I refused to go back there because of her horrible service and not being competent in her job. About six months later my daughter was almost having an asthma attack and that was the only pharmacy open close to me. As I was waiting for my daughter's medication, I hear someone call out my daughters name. The second she saw my face she tells me that I'm banned from the store and to never come back again. I told her that she was the one who kept stuffing up so why am I banned. She refused to listen and threw my daughter's script at me. I told her the medican is for my daughter who needs it asap and told me that she didn't care and to leave. I told her I don't care if she doesn't serve me but please can I have the medication as it's for my daughter. She refused to listen and insisted that I leave the store and never go back there. FYI... I have just found out that the horrible pharmacist now works at the new Chemist Warehouse at Karingal. I suggest you boycot it unless you want to be given the wrong medicine!!!"
"I agree with other poor reviews. There is one very rude pharmacist who literally stops you from buying over the counter medication even when your doctor has recommended that you buy it. For example she wouldn't let me buy a small box of Voltaren. Asks a lot of questions in a very rude abrupt manner. Wouldn't dispense one of my scripts because she said it wasn't due because the script says 1 at night so I should still have enough left. I know my doctors handwriting and it was quite clear it said 2 at night. She just kept telling me I didn't know what I was talking about and she did, yet I've been on these meds for years with the same doctor. Such a rude arrogant woman."
