"It was my first time to RAW and I had a full head of foils done. The colour came out really nice. There is a nice atmosphere in the salon staff are down to earth and friendly. I appreciate that price charged was as quoted, so no surprises at payment, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy products as have been my previous experiences at other salons. "Wanted a blowdry, was quoted $40 over the phone for bob length. The girl used a styling aid, at the register I was charged $55 dollars. I didn't dispute it as i didn't want distress the apprentice. However it's not good business practise to quote one price and charge another without client consent."
