Our comfortable and fully furnished studio rooms are purposefully designed to make your life as easy as possible, allowing you to focus on exploring Sydney rather than worrying about rent or utility bills. With one simple monthly fee, you'll have access to fresh linen, high-speed WiFi, cleaning supplies, and utilities.

In addition to our well-equipped rooms, our communal areas provide a great space for you to get acquainted with your neighbors and create lasting memories. You'll also have a dedicated Community Host who will go above and beyond to ensure that you feel welcome and comfortable in your new home. They will organize exclusive social events designed to help you grow your Sydney community and make lifelong connections.

We understand that moving or traveling can be isolating, which is why the ume community is committed to ensuring that your experience in Sydney is enjoyable and memorable. Our vibrant, community-centric neighborhood offers an instant social network, and your Community Host will act as a friendly face throughout your stay, introducing you to local hot spots and supporting your live-in experience.

To make your life even easier, we offer fresh linen for purchase and a community laundry room where you can wash and iron your clothes for a small additional cost. Our communal kitchen, dining room, gaming room, and coworking room provide ample opportunities for you to connect and unwind.

At ume, you don't have to worry about budgeting for additional bills. Power, water, gas, and WiFi are all included in one simple payment. We also take care of the cleanliness of the communal spaces, daily garbage collection, and mail collection at the front door.

As a resident of ume, you'll also have access to U work collective, our tailored co-working space within a designated office building. We carefully select each ume community for its central location and proximity to public transport, ensuring convenience and ease of access.

Unlike traditional leases, you'll become a member of ume by signing up for our all-inclusive housing subscription. This means that utilities, WiFi, furniture, appliances, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, maintenance, on-site laundry, community host, and monthly social events are all taken care of.

Please note that there is a membership application fee of $50 per application, payable at the time of application prior to moving in. This fee is non-refundable. However, residents who wish to extend or transfer to a different ume property do not need to pay an application fee. Please ensure that you pay the membership application fee to be considered, as failure to do so may result in your application not being accepted.
