"Dr Vella and his team of Exotic vets are amazing. They are extremely knowledgable doctors. Kind and curteous to yourself and your pets and extremely professional. Even when they can't treat an illness or injury and your pet is reaching the end of their life, the team are extremely empathetic but also extremely professional and will not beat around the bush and let you know what is happening."

Having initially attended there as an out of hours emergency, and expecting our guinea pigs to be put down, they were reassuring from the outset - and that was the reception staff. The vet, Sebastian, was amazing, and spoke to me in detail using layman’s terms - he even printed out a bunch of information for us to take home with us. Our follow up appointment was with Jo, and she was just as lovely. She was so thorough in her examination, and yet was so gentle, and understanding, even wrapping our little piggy in a towel to give her somewhere to hide when the examination was too much. We have definitely found our new vet."
