"Absolutely ridiculous, I'm not sure how these people call themselves professionals. I had booked in 3 days earlier for a flu vax and made sure I was on time. After arriving I couldn't see any signs or notices or apparent procedure on where to go or what to do. Thought I may have gone to the wrong pharmacy. After speaking with a worker at the counter I was asked to take a seat and wait to be called. I waited for about 30 minutes and again was wondering if I was in the wrong place, there did not appear to be any one else waiting and very few if any other customers. Then a man appeared and invited me into a small room. He seemed quite distracted and hurried, I asked if he was busy and he stated he was. I asked what he had been doing as I hadn't noticed any other costomers. He said preparing Webster packs. I mentioned that I had been waiting for half an hour and he told me this was because he had forgotten. The pharmacist Then refused to administer my vaccination after noting my extreme annoyance at this response"
"I received a message to pick up ready script. I had an encounter with Laz. He accused me of been rude towards stuff in my last visit to pick my script. Was not rude to any one. When I was intimidated by the security Gard asked for help from Mona I believed she is the manger in the front to say something. But her response was he is not employed by the store. He is employed by an agent. Nothing she could do. I have brought the issue with security with Mark. That’s very uncomfortable to try to add on sale by picking a gift or makeup. And is unpleasant shopping experience. Laz. Always rude abrupt. That’s doesn’t mean that every humans is rude. I have taken all my scripts and my files from chemist warehouse Noble park today. I would rather to pay more for my medication and have my dignity, my pride and self respect intact instead. There’s induction at any work place. Every one should adhere to it. I worked in retail and as sale representatives. Every work place I adhered to their policy. I do understand bad customers. And I sure you I did not treated any one rudely. I did not appreciate Laz. Tune and his disrespectful behaviour today. Maybe the culture off chemist warehouse need too change Thanks for your time very much appreciated. I will not be shopping or getting my script from this chemist again Wishing chemist warehouse luck"
"The indian security guard working in this store, very aggressive and incapable of communicate normally toward other human being. I was simply interested in a perfume that was showcase in the store and was going to buy it but want to sample the smell before commit to purchase. The little man run towards and shouting at me like if I was stealing the whole thing. I apologize for my part as there was no signed for no sampling, the product was just out in the open with no plastic cover or anything so I took it as you can sample it. But the boy keep shouting no no towards me in a very aggressive tone. Needless to say my interests in purchasing the perfume was no more after that interaction. The rest of the staff are very nice and decent and store have everything I needed everytime I go shopping for things and medicine there. Unfortunately, you can't have all good, there always a bad one in the bunches. Shame, it's such a nice store. That Indian guy need a better training."
"Laz the pharmacist was incredibly rude for no reason. My partner and I went here to get some paperwork signed, and Laz definitely did not make it any easier. His tone was super disrespectful, and he gave us so much attitude about bringing our own pen while the girl at the check out was able to just hand us a pen. When we asked if we could borrow a pen to sign the form in front of him he scoffed and said “no this is a…” as if to say this is a pharmacy, you should have your own pen. When we came back with a pen he told us in a very condescending tone that “you should really bring your own pen to these things.” Relax mate. You don’t need to go out of your way to make interactions more unpleasant than they have to be."
"Worst pharmacist ever. Laz was extremely rude. We went in to get some paper work signed off on and he had the worst attitude about it. Also he tried to charge my partner and I $20 to sign off on paper work. I would rate this place lower if it was allowed."
