"Excellent service, my sometimes difficult cat was chill, communication excellent and prices reasonable. Won't force you into elective treatments but will give you options. I booked online and they appear to triage so while it may seem a long time till next appointment they will call regarding symptoms and give advice, bringing appt forward if needed."
"I just took my dog there for her yearly vaccination. The staff were incredibly patient and understood that my dog felt very nervous. They were gentle with her. Would 100% recommended this vet"
"I started coming here with my rescue dog who just passed away at age of 15. He was two when on his first visit, since then they have always been very friendly, helpful and compassionate towards Rocky, even when he had become a bit nippy with them in the last couple of years. When they found out about his death, I received a condolence card from them, which was very comforting and emotional. We just got a puppy and he had his first visit the other day, and we will continue coming here."
"Avoid at all costs as you can see with many of the lowest rated reviews this clinic cares more about money than they do the animals, customer service and client loyalty. Originally we took our dog who would consistently get ear infections to get looked at and was told he needs an ear flush which cost ~$800 and was told after this he'll no longer have any ear infections we thought great it's a no brainer. However only a few weeks later we were back at the vet getting his ears checked to then be told he has a yeast infection in his ears and was given medicine to treat his ears. This medicine was a godsend it instantly cleared up his ears whenever he had a flare up, the only issue for us was the incredible mark up on this medicine and the process we would need to go to just to get a refill for his medicine. The clinic cared more about getting more money from us than providing care for our dog. We would constantly be told they could not provide a repeat of the medicine without a consult which cost more money for something that was on file and was obviously a pre existing condition, each time we would walk into the consult try ad explain clearly to them the issue he has and that when we are given the medicine his ears would clear up instantly instead of listening they would take a swap of his ears charge us $70 for the swap which took all of 3 minutes each time be charged $100 for the consult and have to pay for the medicine which was almost $100 as well. We also had a very poor experience with customer service. We had booked an appointment for our dog originally to get his ears checked, eyes and also to get some calming medication for when we take him to the groomers, upon booking an appointment and attending at the time we booked we were told that the appointment had been cancelled and we were made to look stupid with the receptionist stating we had cancelled it....why would we have cancel it if we have arrived on time for the appointment she was nothing but rude and convinced we had cancelled it, there was no I'm so sorry for this I don't know what happened it was all our fault, you would think to keep your customers happy you wouldn't make them feel stupid and try and resolve the issue as soon as possible. We had another experience today (after having to return a second time for a new appointment) where we hadn't mentioned we wanted to get our dog a vaccine upon asking the receptionist if we can add that onto today's consult she said "oh no you might need to rebook another consult at another time"....like the needle would take less than a minute and they couldn't fit it in apparently. This was another example of them just wanting more money from you, why would we pay another $100 consult fee when we were already there and it's hard enough to fit in taking him to the vet with work. Just please avoid this clinic I am convinced many of the good reviews are fake made by the owner. Take my advice and have some compassion and common sense when treating your customers and animals."
"**Updated** There seems to be more staff on and calling up for an appointment you can usually get in more quickly now. Online bookings are still more scarce. We've had good experiences here, it is just to be hoped that they continue increasing their Vet coverage to allow for more appointments. Once that's the case, I'll happily update this to 5 stars."
