"Fastest route to Event Cinemas - Navigation from Parramatta Train Station : Take the 'Exit 2 Buses' escalator and once you reach up you will see food courts opposite the road. You'll have to cross the road and walk between the sushi bar and Mr.Stonebowl that leads you to an escalator, go up the escalator and turn right to find Event Cinemas (Level 4). Have been to 2 Event Cinema locations before this (Campbelltown & Ed Square) and this one isn't maintained as well as Ed Square. It was kinda like the campbelltown one with dirty seats and rest rooms. Anyways.....I watched at VMAX1 and it had normal red fabric seats that were having stains and popcorn stuck in the gaps. The acoustics were good which was a big relief and I thoroughly enjoyed the movie! The washrooms were quite far along a long corridor. Not sure if they had snack counters closer to the theater since I didn't step out until the movie was over. I would not prefer this theater unless this is the only place the movie is being played."
"Customer service from staff is okay so I'll give 2 stars but the location is absolute filth. The location is most convenient for me but this is probably the last time I come to Parramatta Event cinemas. Every time I have come, it has been dirty with popcorn all over the floor on the way to the cinema theatre and bad signage. I don't completely blame the staff because I understand the crowd is horrible as well. After watching spiderverse, I saw popcorn, drinks and rubbish all over the floor from customers who have no sense of what neatness is and felt sorry for workers. There were also 3 marks on the screen from some kind of dirt that made the movie quite annoying to watch. Definitely the worst location I have been to."
"Watched a movie in 4DX. Best movie experience till date. Other services by the cinema were great as well. Prices were a bit high though. Theaters need to be cleaned properly though. Popcorn still stuck in the seats. Also the rugs need a good clean up, looked like it was easy overdue."
"4dx was a totally different experience and was quite good. I did find that the movement was slightly unnecessary for certain parts of the movie that we watched, but it would suit quite an action-packed movie. The wind, rain, and snow, as well as some flying movements, worked well! Kids enjoyed it"
