"Didnt get our fries we ordered. When asked the staff during the movie, they went to check and never got back. Got our refund for the fries but defeated the purpose of the gold class experience!"
"Ordered sliders and chips, came cold. Called for staff but no one showed up. I had to get up in the middle of the movie to send it back to the kitchen. THEN THE FOOD CAME BACK COLD AGAIN. Also ordered a shake, came completely melted. Would not recommend ordering food here, you could get much better food elsewhere for a lot cheaper."
"I have been to better Gold Class cinemas, especially the ones that are actually all together in the one building... this one was actually in another area, far from the vmax side...which was quite confusing.. This place was only good because it was quite empty.. with the combination of past reviews and the location, I can kinda see why it was very quiet."
"I took my mum for a movie at gold class rouse hill for a nice mother day treat and it did not in any way live up to expectations. The service was not up to standard, having only one staff member serving multiple customers making service externally slow. We ordered dinner for throughout the movie and the food was stone cold cold and inedible... our dumpling tasted like vinegar. The class of the environment mislead the standards we were actually getting. We were left waiting to be issued into our cinema and no one came, we had to venture into cinema's to find our movie. We ended up escorting ourselves into our cinema. The bathrooms were dirty and felt unsanitary.. overall not such a great experience, especially for the costly price and on mother's day. The movie made up for it."
