"I booked online, so arrived And waited in the queue, the got to the counter and was told “ you don’t need to queue and to see the lady on the gate” so I went to the gate lady and she pointed back to the counter I just came from, and to see the guy on the end register, so I did, he gave me my prepaid pop corn, and started to make the drinks, I asked to change my drink, he said he could not change it ? , I asked to add two chock tops to the order, he said he can’t and to join the queue agin, after having done that once before and now being served after being redirected twice, I thought it was a little rude, to only half serve me when I have waited. The rest of the cinema was clean and the seats were reclinable and large and comfortable. The movie was disappointing but that’s on me for choosing it. Also paid $5.50 to book online, and it took longer and was more confusing and did not allow me to purchase extra items when at the counter ? The movie was $35 for two, 1 x pop corn and 2 large drinks $19"
"One of my favourite cinemas to come to. Love the seating for the prices they offer, definitely a bargain! Won’t cost you an arm and a leg to bring the family out and always clean! And if you get bored with the movie… well the seat is great for a nap!"
"Staff don't take any initiative to actively prevent children sneaking into movies and disturbing everyone with talking and laughter. The best part is that when staff are notified about it, their response is "well the movie is nearly over, no point kicking them out now." It should be common practice to have staff regularly checking sessions for people who are noisy or shouldn't be there. They literally don't bother."
"Last Saturday night, we went to watch Mission Impossible. Movie snacks pre-ordered and we notified them through the app that we had arrived. Upon entering the complex, I was confronted with absolute chaos! Multiple lines leading up to the entrance. People walking around trying to inquire about the correct line to purchase tickets and snacks and the correct line to receive pre-purchased snacks. No-one assisting customers and there were the usual heated comments between customers waiting patiently for their items and customers attempting to jump to the front of the line. After nearly 30 minutes, we received our snacks only to find out that they had run out of one of the items. We were late to our movie as people were attempting to push by the one and only staff member who was checking tickets for all the movies. Once inside, there was a group of young middle eastern men who thought their social life and need to stand and give each other palm slaps and hugs was more important than the movie. Where was security? None. This cinema maybe cheaper than others, but for people who love to relax and enjoy their cinematic experience, avoid this place during peak times. Last thing, when we came out of the movie, the place looked like a garbage tip. Lucky to get two stars!"
"I love this cosy cinema. Quiet and easy parking available with food court around if you think of having a quick bite. The premium theatre is really nice. Very time I have gone to watch a movie the cinema is always clean and no rowdy screaming crowds which I like the most. Customer service is always a pleasure. I love this place."
