"Absolute atrocious display of customer service and decency as a service. I came in showing him a picture of what I wanted and then he took a full hour just to cut my hair, after I assumed the haircut was done, then out of the blue he started putting wax into my nostrils and shaving my non existent beard and trimming my eyebrows. Then charged me attempted to charge me for $50, mind you I'm only 17 with non existent facial hair due to me shaving, he then literally claimed that due to my hair being difficult to cut he charged extra with the cleanup of my face. My mother had to literally protest with him for a discount and he only gave $10 off. Im genuially baffled and more so disapointed then angry that a barber would do this to a customer. Your experience may vary but this was my personal encounter with this barber shop."
"Quick story, showed the old guy a photo of what I wanted which was a simple fade. But this guy I don’t know if he is blind or what he literally cut all the sides in 1 and then the horror story started as my hair cut was slowly turning into a bucket hair. And it did and this guy didn’t even ask me if it was alright and kept on going. The worst part was he charged $40 for a bowl haircut which I didn’t even want. One star because I couldn’t give a zero."
"Worst haircut I've ever had, first haircut I've had since lockdown ended so I obviously needed a bit cut off. I showed him a photo that I've used since the beginning of last year and he ends up cutting it to around the length that I would usually be looking to book in a haircut! I show ask him to cut more off and show him the photo again, then he charged $50 for worst cut I've had - no consideration to how my hair parts at the top and basically cut the very front, middle bit to half the length of everything next to it so it just sticks up. Wouldn't go back and I'll find another barber in a week or two to fix up the mess. Left hair all over my face & neck. Not very friendly, don't hear any conversation the whole time I was waiting or getting the cut."
