"I have had issues with them regarding my cat..I couldn't afford the treatment and they told me to relinquish him to their care and they would treat him ad then rehome him..I was shocked that they couldn't work out a payment plan or something. I took my cat elsewhere and they organised a payment plan and were very sympathetic and helpful."
