"The asian lady didn’t take into account that I wanted to get a women perfume ( showed her a photo of the exact one I wanted ) then proceeds to force me to get a male version of it instead went back to return it the next day people behind counter said I’ve broken the seal even tho it was sold to me with a tear in it and it put backwards in the box the really nice old Indian man helped to solve the mistake after the counter staff were refusing to take it"
"I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing, as I approached the front door the security looked at me before locking the door and turning their open sign over to closed. There were still customers inside shopping and they are not supposed to close until 6. Trying to talk to security and he was closing door on my face saying they are closed. Told him still 8 mins left and I need maximum 5 minutes and showing him time and written in large words outside as I know what I need and where that is exactly. He was so arrogantly saying no we don’t have staff. After that I decided I’ll make a complaint and while I was talking to a elderly person that I came after 25 minutes drive as they are the only one who have what I want and I’m going to make a complaint they opened doors for me to serve at 5:55pm. It took me 3 minutes only to get that and make payment. FYI 4 staff were there and I left in three minutes giving them business of $160 that day and $450 day before. Shame on them."
