"Very, very busy place! Huge range of stock & always lots of bargains on offer. So much so, that it can all be a bit overwhelming. Pharmacist's friendly, informative & take that extra minute or 2 (or 10) to ensure what they are dispensing is appropriate for your needs/condition. This should be a must, however I've noticed this attention to client/medication drops off in many places when they are busy. Highly recommended"
"Honestly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I feel forced to go here because they’re one of the few licensed to stock a specific medication I need. But their staff are poorly trained, processes are unclear, they update my phone number and address in the system every time but it never seems to stick. I’ve been texted that they have my medication in stock only to be sent away when I arrive because they literally can’t find it. Yesterday a staff member called me to take a payment for a specific product over the phone, and also charged me for something they themselves had specified I’d need to pay for in-store on arrival. Like, what?! It eludes me how these people are still in business. Edit: in response to the owner’s reply, I want to clarify that these issues have happened over a period of several months. That they’ve not been documented only speaks to my point."
