"The barber did not listen to me at all, asked for a low blend leaving the sides a bit longer. I revived a very short haircut where he took the side all the way up leaving me with an undercut as the top hung over, the barbers need to learn to listen and the staff need to learn how to take feedback as they got defensive when I complained. Will NOT be returning."

"Worst experience ever. First and last time I’ll go here! The barber I had was the most aggressive barber I have ever experienced. Simply because I asked him not to do something with my hair, he lost his temper at me! He literally told me that he was the barber and I have to do what he wants. He even made specific comments to try and insult me. I was shocked. I’ve never expected to have a heated discussion with a barber, especially on a Saturday afternoon with my family. I asked the staff to make a formal complaint and they didn’t know what to do. I literally feel sorry for the owner to have someone like that representing their business."

"Don't bother going anywhere near closing time. The staff book out the roster until close, presumably to ensure all staff are busy and then tell you after considerable wait that they are too busy to service you. Upon asking when I arrived if I needed to book, they said they would just put me in the queue and it would be about 40 mins wait. After half an hour waiting, they told me they were now too busy and I would need to come back tomorrow. Obviously I refused...."

"Location overrules service Attended 2nd time on 10 April 2023 and was told at 14:01 the wait would 20 min, but had to wait 57 min. It was also clear that other people were prioritised above me because I "wasn't in the system yet", even though I checked in and gave my name. I saw this because I literally saw people check in after me and go ahead on the queue on the screen behind reception/cash register. Just because my personal details (mobile number) aren't in the system doesn't mean I need to wait longer. Extremely disappointing hair cut as well given how simple and 'boring' my request was. I also asked for at least 2cm off and hair thinned out, but the barber knew better- he dis not listen. My fringe is uneven and hair longer on the top at one side. It's disgusting how I was then asked if I was okay with the cut at the end - I mean the damage is done, can't put hair back now can you. Some of the clients were however satisfied with the result, so I'm convinced some of the barbers are well trained. The reception lady was quite rude and seemed very unhappy - not sure if this was because I asked why they needed my mobile number. Also felt forced to drink given how many times I was offered a drink, but also should've drank to justify the $42.90 per cut (no extras). The barber also touched his shoes and tied his laces WHILE cutting my hair- without washing his hands. Being new to Australia I will make sure I don't go back."

"A reasonable barbershop. Comfortable seating. Cool and trendy appearance. The staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. I didn't need to wait long. Inside the centre making parking easy."
