"This vet doctor was very badly, not keep his promises. I see this vet on 27/09/2002, My dog have eye's lump, and the vet show me the piece paper said will change $1562 for eye's surgery, after he said may be try use antibiotics, see is work ornot ,if no work them we do surgery, I said ok chage me $151.00 I paid by eftpos not gave me tax invoice, because he was doctor I trust him. I was contacted him today 13/10/2002, my dog's lump gets bigger, I thing need to do surgery, and today he said to me will be charged me $2000, I said last time you only said $1562, and he said $1800 that's it. How come the vet doctor couldn't keep his promises and so greedy, I am very strongly believed if the doctor as like this one, guaranteed want be good vet."

"It says open 830am. We witnessed a dog get hit by a car at 810am..assumed surely their would be a staff member that would open up prior to 830. There wasnt. So thought better to wait it out. 845 and still not open. This was not our dog. With the rain and needing to go to work. We were hoping a local vet could assist. We ended up going to another vet. I tried to call this place multiple times until 930. No answer. If i had stayed waiting the dog would have died. I don't understand why some businesses can not follow their own trading hours. At least a mobile number on the door for emergencies. I just don't get it."

He also fit me in last minute and the price was very reasonable. It’s a small old little clinic that some people would turn their nose up. I felt secure knowing how much experience he has and my puppy was so comfortable around him."
