"I’ve had a consult with Paul who is an amazing vet. Really kind and caring ! Very friendly reception staff."
"Went there with a friend and the vet wasn’t very friendly, the cat got out of the cage and I told the vet that and she was impatient and rolled her eyes at us, then watched us closely with the cage after that. Then the room was so small we couldn’t go in while she did the vaccinations. Made us wear masks but her pants weren’t pulled up which was unhygienic and ironic because the point of wearing masks was by way of being hygienic. Will change vets."
"I have attended this vet once. This vet was OK, but I left feeling judged and wondering if I had received the best possible care for my dog. When my dog had more issues a week later, I went to Concord Veterinary Hospital as Burwood Road didn't have an appointment I could make. I was floored at the difference in treatment. I felt like the young vet at Concord Veterinary Hospital took the time to understand my dog, rule out all possibilities and comfort her. I will not be going back to Burwood Road."
