"We had a large group go to Lokal today. They were super accommodating and the staff are just lovely! The service was beyond excellent and super speedy. I come from Brunswick, cafe's are abundant, however will travel to Lokal, just to have a latte. Definitely one of the best coffee's I've ever had. The outdoor area is newly renovated and such a gorgeous and tranquil setting to enjoy a meal - the fountain and greenery are beautiful. You're missing out if you don't stop for a coffee and some breakfast at this little gem."

"Cafe under new management, Outdoor back has been redone In my opinion it looks awesome. Place for kids the sit and draw and TV Fantastic Nostalgia wall art. The coffee & food r delicious. the service is welcoming & prompt. The serving sizes r very generous. Prices reasonable. Milkshakes are to die for, wedges r the best, Instore made cake slices are delicious. Husband had steak burger said was healthy and taste great. Fresh made orange juice yum. All food is cooked & prepared with care. If u luv a good coffee and decent size meal this is the place to go."

"Love the name Lokal Cafe 3030, nice and local indeed. Renovation is awesome, great open space, atmosphere and vibes. The kids chalk board was also a great idea. The wall art is incredible. New owners are amazing, staff are very friendly and food reminds me of a good home cooked meal. The iced coffee and hedgehog slice is particularly my favourite. Best coffee and slice I’ve had. The chicken schnitzel sandwich is also my favourite, very tasty and filling. Can't wait to see the next stages of renovating the Lokal Cafe. Will be returning regularly"

"Overall, it's a standard cafe with nothing particularly exceptional to offer. It has a local charm to it, but it's not the type of place you would go out of your way to visit. One highlight was the chocolate milkshake I ordered. It was absolutely delicious and came in a generously large serving. If you're a fan of milkshakes, I highly recommend giving it a try. The flavors were on point, and it was definitely a treat. When it comes to the food, I have no complaints. The eggs Benedict I ordered was nice, and the quality was as expected. I believe the sauce is not house made. You can expect good food without any major disappointments. However, I must mention that the atmosphere and overall condition of the cafe left a bit to be desired. There was a run-down feeling to the place which is a shame as it had a lovely mural on the wall but the rest of the cafe didn't match. It's more of a casual, pop-in kind of cafe, rather than a spot where you'd go for a cozy or visually appealing ambiance. One major downside during my visit was the lack of heating. It was quite cold inside, as they hadn't turned on the heater. This was quite disappointing and affected the overall comfort of the experience. If you prefer a warm and cozy atmosphere when enjoying your meal, this may be a drawback for you. In summary, this cafe is a decent option if you're looking for a quick bite or a simple coffee. However, if you value the aesthetics and atmosphere of a cafe, this may not be the ideal spot for you. Nonetheless, if you're in the area and need a convenient place to grab a bite, it can be a suitable choice."
