"Two weeks ago the lovely Dr Andrew and Nurse Charlotte helped me put my beautiful 18 year old cat (Tūtu) to sleep. They were both so gentle and compassionate and I honestly could not have asked for a more peaceful situation. They explained everything in detail and gave me the time I needed to grieve. I opted to have her cremated and upon receiving her ashes they included a beautiful card that I will treasure forever.
