"Anna's customer service was good. She provided detailed explanations for the cut and color. However, some of the staff's attitudes were extremely poor. Especially the staff with orange hair was very rude to me, even though I didn't request them specifically. It left me feeling terrible. her attitude was unprofessional. Additionally, after getting my hair styled, I noticed her laughing at me while walking to the casher. What was she saying in Korean with Anna? It felt like she was being disrespectful and discriminatory towards me as a customer. I wonder if they treat other customers the same way. If so, they should consider not keeping her employed. I won't be going there again."

"Been a longstanding customer here - I’ve been looked after really well by Anna, who has exceptional skills in design cuts for men - I have had problems with my hair being too thick and straight, but she has suggested many ways in which I can better manage and style my hair. I am now very satisfied with how my hair looks and feels on a daily basis thanks to Anna and the other lovely staff who have helped in the process as well. "Through a recommendation of a friend, I bleached and dyed my hair to platinum blonde at this salon. I definitely recommend seeing Linda! She was very knowledgeable and patient, answering any questions I had throughout the whole process, as well as explaining what to expect. All of the staff members in the salon were very welcoming and am definitely coming back for any future cuts and colours!"

"I’ve gone to this salon twice now to get my hair bleached (half foils package). Both times the salon overcharged me $50 extra for reasons that don’t really make much sense, and they did not even notify me in the consultation the second time that I would be overcharged until I had to pay. I assume they do this so that you book the session and go to the salon, and once you’ve done your consultation you’re already there so most people will go through with the session even if it is more expensive than they advertised. That is not the main issue though. I understand that in these times prices must be increased to meet the current cost of living and inflation in Melbourne right now - I just wish they were more clear and upfront about it. The main issue is the harshness of the bleach they use. I have had my hair bleached before at other salons but I have never experienced the burns and damages that I did at this salon. The first time I came here I experienced a few minor burns, so in my second session I made sure to notify the people bleaching my hair that I had sensitive skin and I had been burned before, hoping that they would alter the bleach formula to be less harsh. They told me if it burned too much I should let them know, but each time I did (about 3-4 times) I was told that it’s normal, and I should wait to see if the pain goes away. I was gripping my phone because of how badly the bleach burned, and after the session I found I had terrible chemical burns all around my head in about 5 large areas of skin and all extremely painful. I understand it is not the salons fault that I have sensitive skin, and maybe the winter weather did not help this, but I don’t think I should have to expect to have my concerns ignored and my skin severely damaged after a session I paid $400 for. I would attach photos of the burns but honestly they would probably get taken down for graphic imagery by google. Overall, this place and their package has decent service quality for the price, but if you have sensitive skin please be careful and don’t be a pushover like me if the bleach is really hurting you! Side note - the bleach job and dye job was kind of sloppy. They didn’t get my roots on majority of my head somehow despite the chemical burns on my scalp and the dye was no where near my roots either, meaning there’s a brassy section at the base of my hair all over my head. Sure, they might have been avoiding my scalp because of the damage from the bleach but they did not mention the damage at all or notify me that they wouldn’t be able to dye my whole hair, I had to realise this sadly by myself."
