"I can’t really rate the service as I have not had it. The low star rating is mainly for the booking system and customer service which is plain ignore. I text the number from the website to check availability but I hadn’t had any response. So I keep digging to find that I can actually book online. I did with a confirmation email. Excitedly drove all the way to be told that I have booked in an old system…. I am not expert in IT but the"old system" is accessible and don't blame me for being able to "find" it. I just simply google...Fix it yourself there before putting the blame for people getting into it. Finding time out to head to a dresser is hard for me as I have a baby and I need to make special arrangement to make it to the appointment. If my text was not being ignored, I would have found out my booking did not go through. I texted on Tuesday understanding that it was their closed day. So a late response on Wednesday will not be too much to expect and appointment was on Thursday. If you do not intend to check text, please remove your comment in your website to “call or text if you have queries” Edited because of the irrelevant comment from owner."

"I usually get my hair cut done with Susan. She does a brilliant job. Today I got a haircut and straightening done from Leo who works in the parlour. It was one of the worst experiences. First of all, though I had an appointment I had to wait for a long time. Secondly, he cut my hair in so much hurry and straightened with so much hurry because there were people waiting. There was chunks of hair which was still wet. When I pointed it out to him, he denied it and said it looked fine . The hair doesn’t feel fresh at all. Very dissatisfied with the service. Don’t recommend Leo for the service."
