"Not only was the hairdresser unable to perform the haircut requested (they advertise it's a style they can do, so it's not like I asked for something obscure), what they did was done so poorly I had to get another cut 2 days later to fix it at a different shop. They get 2 stars because the shop was clean and the staff were polite. Maybe it was just the hairdresser I got who doesn't have the skills required, making it a bit of a gamble going in and expecting a good haircut."
