"If you are looking for a block of land in the Hunter, Mount View Grange is the place to purchase. It offers a variety of generous land sizes. The blocks are well levelled and have an amazing rural outlook. Jay McCann was a delight to deal with, very knowledgeable of the area and answered all our questions and concerns. "Mount View Grange team have been pleasant friendly and one of the reasons we purchased our first block of land here in the Hunter. We actually had no troubles as we knew that the land wasn’t registered and this can take time and a lot of things like weather and things out of their control can delay this which is normal. We found the whole process easy and the whole team especially Jay were amazing, informative and a delight to deal with. They celebrated our journey with us from the moment I wore a white dress and boots that muddy day looking at the land (still can’t believe I didn’t get mudd on it haha) to the moment we got our keys and still now.
